Evidence Over Trends
Every recommendation is grounded in current nutrition science — not social media fads or unproven detoxes.
Registered Dietitian, MASc — Master of Human Nutrition, McGill University. Helping clients across Canada build sustainable, personalized health habits since 2020.
I started my career drawn to the science behind how food shapes the body — not the trends, not the diet culture noise, but the actual physiology of nutrition. That curiosity led me to McGill University, where I completed a Master of Human Nutrition focused on clinical and community nutrition.
Today, as a Registered Dietitian, my practice is built on one core belief: nutrition care should be personal, sustainable, and free of judgment. No two clients receive the same plan, because no two clients live the same life.
Every recommendation is grounded in current nutrition science — not social media fads or unproven detoxes.
Your culture, schedule, preferences, and health history shape every plan I build — never a one-size-fits-all handout.
The best plan is the one you can actually live with. We build habits designed to last for years, not weeks.
